How it Works

Submit an Appointment Request

Complete the request form providing contact information, nutrition services of interest & preferred payment option.

You will then be contacted about setting up a free discovery call & scheduling an intake session.

Your First Session

90 minutes, $220

At this session, we will take a deep dive into your health & nutrition background to establish an individualized nutrition care plan.

Follow-up Sessions

60 minutes, $150

One-on-one counseling sessions designed to discuss health goals, personalized nutrition care plan & provide expert guidance & accountability.
